Hi, I'm Mariella.
When I started out, I had absolutely no clue about the business side. I thought being brilliant at the treatments was enough. Spoiler: it was not. I was running offers to fill the diary, buying a new course every time it went quiet, and treating skin by following protocols without really knowing WHY.
So I stopped guessing. I learned the skin properly, fixed the business properly, and built a clinic that consistently pays me, supports my life and funds my nursing degree. Now I teach other practitioners to do exactly the same.
